Shipping policy
The Quaint Soap Co. uses either UPS or USPS to ship orders. Please give us at least three to four business days to get your order into the mail. We are not responsible for what happens to an order after it leaves our facility.
By selecting Package Protection at checkout and paying an additional fee, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. If your order never arrives or is damaged when it arrives, you can easily file a claim with our team and receive a replacement order. If you choose not to purchase the Package Protection, then we are not responsible for any damages, loss, or theft. I recommend contacting your mail carrier service if there is any issues when given the order number for tracking purposes.
While we take great care in packing each order, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive the wrong item, immediately please reach out to us right away so we can resolve the issue. To report a claim of an incorrect item, simply email us at thequaintsoapco@gmail.com with your order number and an explanation or description of the issue.
