Unfortunately, due to the sanitary nature of our products, we do not accept returns. No refunds will be given due to personal dislike of scent, texture, color or design. Scent perception is subjective and differs from person to person. Refunds are considered on an individual basis. Please include your order number and any relevant details so that we may best assist you.

Once an order is shipped all sales are final.

The Quaint Soap Co. is not responsible for adverse reactions, as it is possible to become allergic to any ingredient at any time, even if there was no adverse reaction before. If you have sensitivities it is advised to read the ingredient list carefully for each product before deciding to purchase it.
